This policy explains what information TMBO Enterprises LLC ("TMBO," "we") collects through tmbodocs.com and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use the contact or speaking inquiry forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you. Please don't include personal health information: we can't provide individual medical advice.

Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and sent by Cloudflare Email Service to our Gmail inbox, where we read and answer them.

To keep out spam, forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that check.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider and used to send you updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. [CONFIRM newsletter provider]

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It is cookieless: it does not use cookies or local storage, and it doesn't track you across sites.

Embedded players and third-party sites

Podcast and video players (for example Captivate, Transistor or YouTube) load only when you press play. Once loaded, those services may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies. YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Links to other sites, including social networks and press coverage, are governed by those sites' policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you've sent us by emailing TMBOdocs@gmail.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
